Shipping and refund policy We have a 30 calendar day return policy, which means you have 29 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at ashamazingshop@gmail.com, explain the case and take a photo and video of the damage or defect of the product in question. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damage and problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. Exceptions/non-returnable items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days. Refund is a policy that is intended to respond as a guarantee for defective items only. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
